The pistachio processing line of Seyfi Industrial Group is a fully intelligent line used to process all kinds of pistachios. The work of this processing line starts after taking the pistachio’s external skin and drying it. The Seyfi pistachio processing line includes pistachio shelling machine, pistachio shell and kernel separating machine, pistachio sorting machine and conveyor belt. Turn on the pistachio shelling machine and pour a few pistachios into the machine through the inspection window. If the pistachios come out of the machine without shelling, turn the adjustment screw of the machine counterclockwise (↓) and try again. Continue doing this until the pistachios shelled in the desired way and then use the machine.
If the output product is shelled too much, the machine is not optimally adjusted and we should turn the adjusting screw clockwise (↑) to reach the optimal state. One of the features of this machine is shelling the hard shell of various nuts without the need to sort and measure the products. But if you sort the pistachios before shelling them, the quality of the output product will increase.
If you don’t use a sorting machine, you can adjust the Seyfi pistachio shelling machine according to the size of the largest pistachios and shell the products. In this way, smaller pistachios are removed from the machine without shelling. Next, adjust the machine to shell smaller pistachios. In this method, usually after three steps, all the pistachios will be shelled.

First, release the adjustment screw at the beginning of the machine and adjust the distance between the rollers in such a way that the smallest size of pistachio passes through it. Then lock the adjustment screw of the machine, close the lid of the machine and turn on the machine. Then pour some of the smallest pistachios into the machine. If the product exits the size 1 outlet, the first adjustment screw is adjusted.
In the next step, release the adjusting screw at the end of the machine and adjust the distance between the rollers so that the largest size of pistachio can pass through it. Then lock the adjustment screw of the machine and turn on the machine. Then pour some of the biggest pistachios into the machine. If the product comes out of the size 6 outlet, the end adjustment screw is set correctly.
After performing the above steps, make sure that the screw at the beginning and end is tight and feed the input hopper. Make sure that the hopper inlet adjustment valve is opened according to different products. Then turn on the machine.
