1. Machine Adjustment: Turn on the pistachio shelling machine and pour a few pistachios into the window of the machine. If the pistachios come out without being shelled, turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise (↓) and try again. Continue this process until the hard shell of the pistachios is shelled as desired, then proceed to use the machine.
2. Optimal Adjustment: If the output product is excessively crushed, it means the machine is not optimally adjusted. In this case, turn the adjustment screw clockwise (↑) until it reaches the optimal setting.
3. Sorting and Sizing: One of the features of this machine is the ability to shell the hard shells of various products without the need for sorting and sizing. However, if you sort and size the products before shelling, the quality of the output product will improve.
4. Using without Sorting: If you are not using a sorting device, you can adjust the pistachio shelling machine according to the size of the largest pistachios and shell the products. This way, smaller pistachios will come out of the machine without being shelled. Then, adjust the machine for shelling smaller pistachios. Normally, the hard shell of all pistachios will be shelled after 3 times.

During the first 3 months after the purchase, any incidents that occur with the machine are the responsibility of Seyfi Industrial Group, including providing free services such as repairs and transportation of the machine.
After this period, up to 2 years after the sale, if any incidents occur with the machines, the repair costs will still be covered by us, and the customer will only be responsible for transportation costs.
