The almond processing line of Seyfi Industrial Group is a fully intelligent line used to process all kinds of almonds. The work of this processing line starts after taking the almond’s external skin and drying it. Turn on the almond cracking machine and pour a few almonds into the machine through the inspection window. If the almonds come out of the machine without cracking, turn the adjustment screw of the machine counterclockwise (↓) and try again. Continue doing this until the almond’s hard shell cracks in the desired way and then use the machine.
If the output product is cracked too much, the machine is not optimally adjusted and we should turn the adjusting screw clockwise (↑) to reach the optimal state. One of the features of this machine is cracking the hard shell of various nuts without the need to sort and measure the products. But if you sort the almonds before cracking them, the quality of the output product will increase.
If you don’t use a sorting machine, you can adjust the Seyfi almond cracking machine according to the size of the largest almonds and crack the products. In this way, smaller almonds are removed from the machine without cracking. Next, adjust the machine to crack smaller almonds. In this method, usually after three steps, all the almonds will be cracked.
To sort different nuts, you must first set the machine. To do this, follow the instructions below:
First, release the adjustment screw at the beginning of the machine and adjust the distance between the rollers in such a way that the smallest size of almond passes through it. Then lock the adjustment screw of the machine, close the lid of the machine and turn on the machine. Then pour some of the smallest almonds into the machine. If the product exits the size 1 outlet, the first adjustment screw is adjusted.
In the next step, release the adjusting screw at the end of the machine and adjust the distance between the rollers so that the largest size of almond can pass through it. Then lock the adjustment screw of the machine and turn on the machine. Then pour some of the biggest almonds into the machine. If the product comes out of the size 6 outlet, the end adjustment screw is set correctly.
After performing the above steps, make sure that the screw at the beginning and end is tight and feed the input hopper. Make sure that the hopper inlet adjustment valve is opened according to different products. Then turn on the machine.
