1. Machine Adjustment: Turn on the hazelnut cracking machine and pour a few hazelnuts into the window of the machine. If the hazelnuts come out without being cracked, turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise (↓) and try again. Continue this process until the hard shell of the hazelnuts is cracked as desired, then proceed to use the machine.
2. Optimal Adjustment: If the output product is excessively crushed, it means the machine is not optimally adjusted. In this case, turn the adjustment screw clockwise (↑) until it reaches the optimal setting.
3. Sorting and Sizing: One of the features of this machine is the ability to crack the hard shells of various products without the need for sorting and sizing. However, if you sort and size the products before cracking, the quality of the output product will improve.
4. Using without Sorting: If you are not using a sorting device, you can adjust the hazelnut cracking machine according to the size of the largest hazelnuts and crack the products. This way, smaller hazelnuts will come out of the machine without being cracked. Then, adjust the machine for cracking smaller hazelnuts. Normally, the hard shell of all hazelnuts will be cracked after 3 times.
